Shadow Fury

Shadow Fury (斬魔飛影斬, Zanma Hieizan^?, "Demon-Killing Flying Shadow Slash") is an arcane arte and FOF Change exclusive to Luke fon Fabre and Asch from Tales of the Abyss.

Arte History and Description[]

The user performs a series of successive, rising strikes while coated in dark energy. In Tales of the Abyss, it is used by performing Swallow Fury within a fully-charged Fire- or Light-elemental FOF Circle despite being of the Darkness-element.

In Tales of the Rays, this arte is Dark-elemental and purple lightning bolts strikes around Asch as he keeps attacking. It is also the master arte to Senshouha Kaminari, replacing that arte when used as the sixth or later action in a chain.
