Azure Heavens

Azure Heavens (天の嘆き, Ten no Nageki^?, "Heaven's Cry") is an arcane arte exclusive to Raven from Tales of Vesperia.

Arte Description and History[]

When this arte is used, Raven will shoot one arrow into the sky, and then multiple arrows rain down upon the target. For every 200 uses, an extra arrow is added, albeit not infinitely.
