Blast Regen (ブラスト・レーゲン Burasuto Reegen?) is part of the Fusionic Force Climate spells exclusive to Annie Barrs from Tales of Rebirth.
Arte Description and History[]
When executed, Annie summons a murky shower of rain that decreases the magical attack power of all enemies within range for eight seconds. In Tales of Rebirth, the arte is of the Earth and Light elements, and, in order to use the arte, Annie must have 50 SP for Life Materie and 100 SP for Mind Geist. In Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 2, the arte instead temporarily reduces the arte damage of all enemies within range by 10%. Regen is a German word that translates to "rain", which directly correlates with the arte's appearance.
