Arte Description and History
Jude punches the enemy and leaps into air, rotating around his own axis with his arms wide open and emitting a green light. In Tales of Xillia and Tales of Xillia 2, after 200 uses, there is a chance that performing Cyclonic Surge will inflict the "Paralysis" status ailment on the target.
