Dragon Slayer (屠龍 / 屠竜 Toryuu?, "Slaying/Slaughter Dragon"[1]) is an arcane arte usually associated with Chester Burklight from Tales of Phantasia, but it is not present in his original appearance.
Arte Description and History
When the arte is used, the archer shoots several energy arrows at once, launched at different angles to create multiple beams of light that arc through the air, surrounding the enemy and piercing it through various angles without failure. In the Radiant Mythology series, the numbers of hits change depending on the size and weight of the enemy. In Chester's version, he fires a single arrow flying straight forward that also emits a wad of other projectiles alongside that converge on any nearby enemies, which often make up for the accuracy of the initial arrow.
