Aquarius Sphere

Aquarius Sphere (アクエリアス･スフィア, Akueriasu Sufia^?) is one of the several mystic arte extensions of Dual the Sol appearing in both Tales of Rebirth and Tales of Graces ƒ.

Arte Description and History

When activated, the party is taken underwater to a sea basin as they are then pelted with splashes and streaks of water. The camera then zooms above them to what appears to be a sphere. Aquarius Sphere originally appears in Tales of Rebirth, in which it is used as the signature attack for Shaorune, the Sacred Beast who tests the party in battle as a trial for Veigue Lungberg. Aquarius Sphere can be used by the party as the first of several extensions that appear after using the Fusionic Force Finality Dual the Sun.

In its appearance in Tales of Graces ƒ, Fodra Queen can use Aquarius Sphere as a standard mystic arte used separately from the other extensions. But true to tradition, if the player presses a series of buttons on the controller during the animation of Dual the Sol, Aquarius Sphere will be activated as an extension by Fodra Queen, enabling the later extensions to be used afterward.
