Fidelity Testament (ファイデリティ・テスタメント Faideriti Tesutamento?) is a powerful strike arte exclusive to Milhaust Selkirk in Tales of Rebirth.
Arte Description and History[]
When executed, a cut-in of Milhaust flashes from the right side of the screen while he assaults his target with a flurry of swings from his sword. Although the move is merely a strike arte, it is on par in power to that of a mystic arte. This is Milhaust's only named arte, and it is spoken instead of displayed through an arte banner. It should be noted that Milhaust is the only boss fought in the game who does not possess any Force, and Veigue Lungberg faces off against him alone in both fights.
The first fight is unwinnable, and the second fight has certain restrictions, such as not being able to use items and not being able to switch between lines. Fidelity Testament is the move Milhaust uses to defeat Veigue with during the first fight on Etoray Bridge, and he executes it ten seconds into the battle during his fight with Veigue deep within Mount Sovereign.
In Tales of Asteria, this becomes Milhaust's mystic arte.
