Limited (リミテッド, Rimiteddo^?) is an intermediate Light-elemental spell in Tales of the Abyss.

Arte Description and History

When cast, Limited summons a crest on the ground beneath the enemy like a targeting reticle. It then drops a single ray of light from from the sky, piercing the enemy. When used inside a fully-charged Wind or Light FOF Circle, the spell becomes Spark Wave. In this incarnation of Spark Wave, Limited's influence can be seen in how the arte begins with a bolt of lightning dropping from the sky, much like what Limited does with light. In Tales of Link, Anise Tatlin originally uses Limited during a cutscene, but this was changed to Spark Wave in localization.

In Tales of Asteria, Master of Elements, Act 6, Van Grants can call Arietta to use this arte under the name Arietta no Engo "Limited" (アリエッタの援護「リミテッド」^?).
