Rending Strike (斬華 Zanga / Zanka?, "Slashing Blossom") is a martial arte used by Alisha Diphda in Tales of Zestiria and Eleanor Hume in Tales of Berseria.
Arte Description and History[]
Depending on the direction in which the joystick is pushed or the shortcut to which the arte is assigned, the user will either strike their spear upward or to the side. Alisha's version is read as Zanga while Eleanor's version is read as Zanka.
In Tales of the Rays, Eleanor's second Normal Attack uses the forward animation.
