Flare Vortex (トルネードファイア Toruneedofaia?, "Tornado Fire") is a Fire-elemental magic arte exclusive to characters from Tales of Zestiria and Tales of Berseria.
Arte Description and History
The user conjures a fiery tornado that circles around the enemy. In a large radius around the enemy, the ground is set aflame, and fireballs launch upward from the burning area. In Tales of Zestiria, this arte has a 15% chance of draining SC from its target. In Tales of Berseria, it is also Wind-elemental and can inflict the "Burn" status ailment.
