In Tales of Symphonia how do the Desians determine what the yearly death count total will be?
Do they divide the population number by local area, resources, or population trends?
Or do they use some other formula?
- I don't recall anything specific being stated about this in the game. Maybe the info is there somewhere, but I certainly don't remember it. Is this supposed to be important? It's probably just handwaved as one of those details that the player never learns anyway.
