I know we had some sort of discussion about this topic before, but I don't remember where the conversations were posted, and I don't have the time to look for it.

The galleries sections... it would be less obtrusive to have them on all of the characters' category pages, as someone else suggested before (I think it was Lanate?). It would help to decrease loading time and bandwidth of the articles themselves (yes I will continue to insist this point, deal with it), and it would decrease the overall page lengths. All we need is a simple message like "See [[Category:blahblahblah|this page]] for a gallery of costumes and other images for this character", to be posted somewhere on the character's main article. The gallery content will appear above whatever is listed in those category pages, so organization is a non-issue.

I think we need to decide if this is the best way to sort things out this way or not, so we can direct future contributors to follow this method of displaying the images.

If that's the case, we might as well put them on the character-templates. They were sort of made so that the ==See also=='s wouldn't be needed. Although, do you insist on the other pictures being deleted as well (like with the artworks, chibi-artworks, etc.)? Because if you insist that, it would be sad; the pages become a little colorless without some pictures.

I meant only those pictures at the bottom. They don't contribute to anything since they are at the end of the page. The images that are within the main text do have a reason for being there, as visual aids for the article itself.

As for putting that message on the char templates... that won't work. The "gallery" message would appear everywhere the template is used, so you'd see it on the arte/title/whatever pages that belong to that character. Just leave it for the main article for each char.
