Freezing Bloom (氷霧の白薙 Hyoumu no Byakutei / "Furiijingu"?, "Freezing") is an assault-style arte used by Pascal and Fourier in Tales of Graces.
Arte Description and History
The user twirls their shotstaff, aiming its barrel part at the target, and shoots two frozen bullets, which burst into ice upon impact with the enemy.
