Kohak Hearts is a girl setting off from her home town in need of Soma, along with her older brother Hisui Hearts. At the beginning of the game, they are chased by Incarose, but she saves them by pushing Hisui and herself out of the cliff before Incarose's energy beam hits them. Later, Shing finds them collapsed on the beach. She sometimes refers to a being known as "her."　She is the owner of the Soma "Elrond" (エルロンド, erurondo^?).

She develops a love interest on Shing Meteoryte later in the game, and shows a real trust toward him.

[edit] Fighting Style

Kohak's weapon is the Soma "Elrond" (エルロンド, erurondo^?). This weapon does not change through the game, even when you soma evolve it it will not change forms. However, when she reaches its final evolve, that will be considered Kohak's ultimate weapon.

Kohak fights by using a mix of martial arts and fire, light and wind magic, though she is mainly of the fire element. She can act as a descent healer, though that role is generally used by Hisui Hearts. Her Combination Blaster is Satsugeki Bukouken (currently localized as Final Fury in the latest game), which consists in a mixture of many or her artes, finishing off with a cherry blossom kick.

• Her name is romanized as "kohaku" (琥珀, Kohaku^?), which in Japanese means "amber", an organic gemstone.
