The Leymon are a race of beast-people who once ruled the continent of Aurella in Tales of the Tempest.

100 years prior to the game's opening, their country was destroyed by civil war and the race were overthrown by humans. This forced to the Leymon to go hiding, donning human forms and secluding themselves to the most inhospitable regions of Aurella. There, they lived in peace for many years, until the Pope ordered for them to be hunted down and killed.
