Oresoren

The Orosoren are a race of intelligent humanoids who befriend Jay. The orosoren are mammal type animals that look similar to otters and each have their own unique outfits. They are able to speak human language and like otters they like to eat scallops.

HomelandEdit

They live in a cave called the Orosoren Village during the game. They used to live in cave next to Werrites Beacon in the Old Orosoren Village before the game began, but they were run out of their by the Long-Long Demon.

The ScallopsEdit

A majority of the time the only Oresoren seen in the games story are Jay's roommates Quppo (キュッポ, Kyuppo^?), Pippo (ピッポ, Pippo^?), and Poppo (ポッポ, Poppo^?), or the "Scallops" as said by Norma Beatty. The three oresoren are a year apart by age, the oldest out the three is Quppo who is eighteen years old, the middle child is Pippo who is seventeen years old, and the youngest is Poppo who is sixteen years old. Each of them have their own occupations Quppo is an "Adventurer", Pippo is a "Bard", and Poppo is an "Inventor".

Main QuestEdit

Meeting Quppo and PippoEdit

Quppo and Pippo are first met in the Secret Passageway after the Senel Coolidge and his party rescues Shirley Fennes from Walter Delques. Pippo and Quppo decide to stop in the Old Oresoren Village to take a rest there they explained why they left the original home and moved to the new one. Quppo and Pippo guide Senel and their friends to the Underground Passage where they encounter the Long Long Demon and are forced to run away from it. Once they defeat the monster, Quppo and Pippo perform the Oresoren Victory Dance. After Quppo along with Pippo leave the Senel and his to head to their new village.

Meeting PoppoEdit

Poppo is met by Senel, Norma, Harriet Campbell at The Crags after his submarine the Poppo Mark II is sunk by a Dino Worm. Poppo asks Senel and Norma Beatty if they could guide him back to the Oresoren village, the two gladly accept. When they get out of the Crags Poppo shows them to the village. When they arrive Chloe Valens and Will Raynard are about to be captured by Jay, but Poppo, Quppo, and Pippo tell Jay that they are their friends this causes Jay to cease his actions. After Harriet and Will meet each other in the village Quppo serparates from the party and takes Harriet back to Werites Beacon.

The Poppo Mark IIIEdit

After arriving to the Ruins of Frozen Light, Jay tells the party to go to the Great Hallow where they can find another entrance into the area. When they arrive to the area Poppo is seen again working in his workshop on the Poppo Mark III to help the party get into the Ruins of Frozen Light. When the party arrives Poppo tells them to go get a horn of Grand Gaet to make the sub operational the party accepts his request and goes to the grave yard. After battling the Gaet after Moses Sandor disturbed it, it is Poppo who comes and reasons with the dying creature. The next day after he completes the building of the submarine is complete he allows the party to use it.

A War Torn LandEdit

Pippo and Poppo are not seen again till the events of Chapter Four where they are helping in the battle against Vaclav's troops. When in the battle they run into trouble, but they are saved by Senel and Jay. After Pippo and Poppo tell Jay to join Senel's party. After Stella Telmes dies on the Bridge and the war is over Pippo is seen with Harriet at the flower fields where Grune tells that the sea is somewhat sad.

AwakeningEdit

Two weeks after the war ends the three brothers decided to live in Werites Beacon for while and become they honorary members of Ed Curtiss' Bantam Bouncers. During the ending of chapter six when the Captain of the Gadorian Knights is going to attack the party, the three of them sing with Curtiss during the song Iron hammer time! Orz!.

The Final ConfrontationEdit

During the events in the Quiet Lands Pippo, Poppo, and Quppo are filling in Jay about the events going on the surface world most of the time. The three of them find the Tram for the party's usage. After repairing the Tram, the three brothers travel to Mirage Palace and await for the party's return. When the party returns to Werites Beacon before the final battle, the brothers and Jay fix up the Trail Across the Heavens to make it possible for the party to go to the Wings of Light. During the ending credits Pippo, Poppo, and Quppo are seen sleeping on Jay's back.

Character QuestEdit

The Guardian and the GuardedEdit

The three oresoren brothers don't appear during the character quest that much till Jay's character quest. During this quest the three of them are revealed to be the ones who found Jay on the verge of death after being abandoned by his mentor, Solon. During the mid segment of this quest all three of them along with the rest of the Oresoren from the village lead a assault on Mirage Palace to save Jay and Shirley Fennes. All three of the brothers decide to hold off Solon while the two escape. When the Senel and his party return to the palace they about to get killed by Solon, but Jay stops him in time. After defeating Solon and Dark Jay, Pippo, Poppo, and Quppo tell Jay to accept the new family he has with Senel and the others.

BirthEdit

Quppo, Pippo, and Poppo appear at the end of Grune's character quest during the final confrontation, when Schwartz covers the island in darkness and sends dark versions of herself to attack them in the Oresoren Village. When the party tries to use their super sacred eres to stop Schwartz, they along with the other villagers get sacred eres themselves and defeat the Schwartz clones. After defeating Schwartz the brothers and the other oresoren brothers cheer Jay's name knowing that world is now saved. During the ending anime cut scene they with all the villagers see the summon spirit Gnome emerge from his seed flying around.
