Power Seal (散力符 Sanrikifu?, "Scatter Power Seal"[1]) is a ninja base arte exclusive to Sheena Fujibayashi from Tales of Symphonia.

Arte Description and History

The arte simply has Sheena use one of her cards on the enemy. If the card hits the enemy, there is a small chance to decrease said enemy's defense. Depending if Sheena is headed toward Technical or Strike artes, she might learn Power Seal Pinion or Power Seal Absolute.
In Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World, the chance of lowering the defense is raised, but it lowers the defense 3%, contrasting Tales of Symphonia's 10%.
