Punishing Smash (裂旋スマッシュ Ressen Sumasshu?, "Ressen Smash") is a base arte exclusive to Karol Capel in Tales of Vesperia.
Arte Description and History
Karol swings his weapon around rapidly, striking the target in a blue flash of energy. An extra spin is added with the "Attack Arte Charge" skill equipped and "Mighty Charge" used. In addition, all axe weapons have a higher rotation speed compared to other weapons. in Tales of the Rays, this arte is Wind-elemental.
