Raging Luna Storm (嵐月・燕 Rangetsu Tsubame?, "Breezing Moon Swallow") is a Wind-elemental altered arte primarily associated with Judith from Tales of Vesperia.
Arte Description and History[]
Judith conjures an energized gust of green wind that strikes the target several times before she leaps into the air and uses her weapon to hurl the rampant energy at the target, knocking them down. This arte is altered from Luna Storm using the Gale skill. In addition, after 200 uses, holding the Artes button will shoot the projectile into the air, while holding down the left analog stick and the Artes button will shoot the projectile parallel to the ground. In Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 3, this move holds master arte status.
