Arte Description and History
When executed, Annie summons a murky shower of rain that decreases the physical attack power of all enemies within range for eight seconds. In Tales of Rebirth, the arte is of the Earth and Flame elements, and, in order to use the arte, Annie must have 100 SP for Power Kraft and 50 SP for Life Materie. Regen is a German word that translates to "rain", which directly correlates with the arte's appearance.
