Rubia Natwick is the heroine of Tales of the Tempest, and is a young friend of Caius Qualls who lives in the same village as him since they were children.

As the daughter of two preists, she was going to go and study in the capital city when she got older, but her plans are put on hold when Rommy kills her parents.

After seeing Caius transform into a Lycanthe, Rubia starts to have fears and doubts about him. When she is captured by Lukius and Rommy to use her to get the Pensient from Caius, they take advantage of this to persuade her to believe that Caius is a dangerous being.
