Sealed Weapons

The Sealed Weapons are a set of powerful weapons exclusive to Tales of Xillia 2 that share their naming scheme with the series' games. They are first acquired in their weakened, "sealed" form, but their true potential can be unlocked after beating the Elite Rank of the Xian Du's coliseum Tag Mode, as well as visiting the shop in Nala Lava Tubes and opening its Custom Order option. Upon doing so, the "unsealed" versions will be able to be crafted in any shop's Custom Order screen. All characters have access to two sealed weapon, which can be upgraded to an "unsealed" version.

Acquisition Methods

Ludger Will Kresnik

Sealed Vesperia is obtained by completing the coliseum Tag Mode on Advanced Rank with Ludger Will Kresnik in the battle team. Combining it with Atlas (Earth), Atlas (Water), and Atlas (Light) for a fee of 200,000 Gald will reward the player with Ardent Vesperia, which raises P.ATK by 1740 points, raises A.ATK by 1716 points, raises Psyche, improves the fill rate of the Over Limit Gauge, and has a chance to stun enemies.

Sealed Innocence is obtained by completing the "Fruit n' Cheese? Yes, Please!" job. Combining it with Atlas (Fire), Atlas, (Wind), and Atlas (Darkness) for a fee of 200,000 Gald will reward the player with Innocence Unleashed, which raises P.ATK by 1720 points, raises A.ATK by 1739 points, improves the fill rate of the Over Limit Gauge, restores HP when enemies are defeated, and reduces TP cost.

Jude Mathis

Sealed Hearts is obtained by completing the coliseum's Tag Mode on Advanced Rank with Jude Mathis in the battle team. Combining it with Fist of Legend, Rending Fist, and Fallen Angel for a fee of 200,000 Gald will reward the player with Seraphic Hearts, which raises P.ATK by 1715 points, raises A.ATK by 1725 points, raises P.DEF and A.DEF by 410 points, raises Psyche, improves the fill rate of the Over Limit Gauge, and extends the duration of Over Limit.

Sealed Phantasia is obtained by completing the "Earth Cape, Please!" job. Combining it with Force of Nature, Tidal Rush, and Guardian Angel for a fee of 200,000 Gald will reward the player with Phantasia Restored, which raises P.ATK by 1724, raises A.ATK by 1719 points, raises P.DEF by 150 points, raises A.DEF by 135 points, increases Elemental Ore chances, reduces TP cost, and restores TP at regular intervals.

Milla Maxwell

Sealed Destiny is obtained by completing the coliseum's Tag Mode on Advanced Rank with Milla Maxwell in the battle team. Combining it with Dustbrand, Flamberge, and Black Sunfire for a fee of 200,000 Gald will reward the player with Destiny Bringer, which raises P.ATK by 1856 points; raises A.ATK by 1822 points; raises Strength; raises Psyche; increases resistance to Fire-, Water-, Wind-, Earth-, Light-, and Dark-elemental attacks; and improves Gald drops in battle.

Sealed Rebirth is obtained by completing the "Needed for a Certain Contract" job. Combining it with Vorpal Sword, Sonic Edge, and Sun Falcon for a fee of 200,000 Gald will reward the player with Crusader of Rebirth, which raises P.ATK by 1856, raises A.ATK by 1822, raises Strength, raises Intelligence, and reduces casting time.

Elize Lutus

Sealed Abyss is obtained by completing the coliseum's Tag Mode on Advanced Rank with Elize Lutus in the battle team. Combining it with Stromung, Blaze Red, and Captivated Heart for a fee of 200,000 Gald will reward the player with Abyssal Ruin, which raises P.ATK by 1666, raises A.ATK by 1952, improves the fill rate of the Over Limit Gauge, and reduces casting time and TP cost.

Sealed World is obtained by completing the "Fruit Yakisoba, Please!" job. Combining it with Crimson Staff, Sylvan Rod, and Princess Premiere for a fee of 200,000 Gald will reward the player with Brave World, which raises P.ATK by 1651 points, raises A.ATK by 1964, increases max HP, restores HP at regular intervals, and has a chance to revive the user.

Alvin

Sealed Legendia is obtained by completing the coliseum's Tag Mode on Advanced Rank with Alvin in the battle team. Combining it with Wavecrasher, Zephyr Sword, and Redeemer for a fee of 200,000 Gald will reward the player with Shining Legendia, which raises P.ATK by 1958, raises A.ATK by 1695, reduces TP cost, increases critical hit rate, and has a chance to stun enemies.

Sealed Tempest is obtained by completing the "I Need a Salmon" job. Combining it with Cluster Fang, Effigy Blade, and Impulse Edge for a fee of 200,000 Gald will reward the player with Tempest Unbound, which raises P.ATK by 1970 points, raises A.ATK by 1671 points, raises Vitality, raises Agility, and improves the fill rate of the Over Limit Gauge.

Leia Rolando

Sealed Fandom is obtained by completing the coliseum's Tag Mode on Advanced Rank with Leia Rolando in the battle team. Combining it with Water Lily, Yama-raja Pole, and Solreina, Rod of the Heavens for a fee of 200,000 Gald will reward the player with Fandom's Beacon, which raises P.ATK by 1814 points, raises A.ATK by 1798 points, raises Vitality, improves critical hit rate, and reduces TP cost.

Sealed Graces is obtained by completing the "Researching the Competition" job. Combining it with Gravity Rod, Gale Rod, and Black Brush for a fee of 200,000 Gald will reward the player with Bestower of Graces, which raises P.ATK by 1833 points, raises A.ATK by 1788 points, raises P.DEF, raises Agility, and reduces casting time.

Rowen Ilbert

Sealed Destiny 2 is obtained by completing the coliseum's Tag Mode on Advanced Rank with Rowen J. Ilbert in the battle team. Combining it with Hydrolancer, Maelstrom, and Bloosucker for a fee of 200,000 Gald will reward the player with Champion of Destiny, which raises P.ATK by 1808 points, raises A.ATK by 1870 points, raises Strength, raises Psyche, and improves the fill rate of the Over Limit Gauge.

Sealed Symphonia is obtained by completing the "For All my Honeys" job. Combining it with Dusk Stiletto, Typhon's Waltz, and Sacred Horn for a fee of 200,000 Gald will reward the player with Light of Symphonia, which raises P.ATK by 1770 points, raises A.ATK by 1900 points, extends the duration of Over Limit, and reduces casting time and TP cost.

Gaius

Sealed Abyss Beta is obtained by completing the coliseum's Tag Mode on Advanced Rank with Gaius in the battle team. Combining it with Gosanze Katana, Kujaku Katana, and Kongo Yasha Katana for a fee of 200,000 Gald will reward the player with Abyssal Radiance, which raises P.ATK by 1872 points, raises A.ATK by 1784 points, extends Over Limit duration, increases ailment resistance, and has a chance to revive the user.

Sealed Eternia is obtained by completing the "You Gotta Help Me!" job. Combining it with Aizen Katana, Gundari Katana, and Batoh Katana for a fee of 200,000 Gald will reward the player with Eternia's Promise, which raises P.ATK by 1901, raises A.ATK by 1723 points, raises Psyche, improves the fill rate of the Over Limit Gauge, and reduces TP consumption.

Muzét

Sealed New World is obtained by completing the coliseum's Tag Mode on Advanced Rank with Muzét in the battle team. Combining it with Legacy Pin, Wildfire Pin, Ravenwing Pin for a fee of 200,000 Gald will reward the player with Gem of the New World, which raises P.ATK by 1666 points, raises A.ATK by 1962 points, raises P.DEF by 163 points, raises A.DEF by 190 points, increases Light resistance, reduces TP cost, and restores HP for defeating enemies, as well as in regular intervals.

Sealed Xillia is obtained by completing the "Please!" job. Combining it with Seastorm Pin, Whirlwind Pin, and Rapture Pin for a fee of 200,000 Gald will reward the player with Paragon of Xillia, which raises P.ATK by 1680 points; raises A.ATK 1932 points; raises P.DEF by 160 points; raises A.DEF by 192 points; has Fire, Water, Wind, and Earth as its attack attributes; raises resistance to Fire-, Water-, Wind-, Earth-, Light-, and Dark-elemental attacks and ailments; improves the fill rate of the Over Limit Gauge, and reduces casting time. It is arguably the strongest sealed weapon due to multiple elements as its attack attributes and providing resistance to attributes and ailments.
