Search Gald (サーチガルド, Saachigarudo^?) is an arte and passive skill in the Tales Series.

Arte Description and History

When Search Gald is activated, the user will look around the closes area to where he or she stands and probably find some Gald. Usually, the chance of this happening, and how much Gald is found, is depending on Luck. In Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology, there are two different versions of Search Gald. While the player's Descender goes down to his or her knees to search for some seconds, Rutee Katrea attacks a targeted enemy.

In Tales of Symphonia, this arte appeared as a passive skill for Colette Brunel. Although it was localized as "Gald Finder", the katakana used in the Japanese version is identical with the arte, making it the same. As a passive skill, Search Gald may increase the amount of Gald won after a battle.
