Squall Shot (レインバレット Reinbaretto?, "Rain Bullet") is a recurring Water-elemental gun martial arte in the Tales series.
Arte Description and History
The user points their gun into the air and fires a blue bullet, which, after a few seconds, induces rain over a small area. In Tales of Xillia, Gilandor Yul Svent's version lacks the Water element. In Tales of Xillia 2, the number of hits of Alvin's version increases after 200 and 400 uses. Also in Tales of Xillia 2, Ludger Will Kresnik's version has an increased area of effect after 100 uses, increased attack speed after 200 uses, and its number of projectiles increases with usage count. In both Tales of Xillia and Tales of Xillia, if Alvin has at least a single charge, this arte will alter into Storm Shot.
