you casn use it with Kohak's Stream Arrow

According to this wiki, you're wrong. Only Hisui and Shing can use it. Unless you can provide a video showing otherwise.

Besides, everyone gets a maximum of 2 combinations with each character. This would misbalance things if spells used by multiple characters can be used in these combinations too. This is not Symphonia's system.
