The title of this article should probably be changed to Chester Barklight, since that's the most recent translation of his name thanks to Radiant Mythology.--220.127.116.11 23:08, November 15, 2009 (UTC)
- Can someone verify? We've had this for so long, I'm disappointed that no one has voiced any concern over this inconsistency, especially when we already follow the same procedure in using Philia's last name as spelled in Radiant Mythology (Felice), rather than that used in Abyss (Philis).
- Also, the name Hometek uses is considered "correct", no matter how off-base it is in Japan. The most recent name isn't any more "correct", it is a mere retcon, and the previous name is "correct" for the source material, as in it will remain as Burklight in Phantasia-related pages because the game uses that spelling, and the more recent name is used in all other appearances, again similar to how we use Philis only for Philia's appearance in Abyss even if Felice is more recent. Therefore someone should edit that "correct" clause out of the article.
- I will second the thought that the name should be left Burklight, as this is how it appears in the English-language releases of Tales of Phantasia, though I believe that the name should be left as is in the game in which the character is of greatest relevance (i.e. Chester's name should appear as in the most recent English-language (or whatever language the page is written in) release Tales of Phantasia whereas Philia's should be as it appears in the most recent release Tales of Destiny, &c.)
