A temple Sheena Fujibayashi first visited at the age of nine with her grandfather and other people of Mizuho to make a pact with Volt. A Huge disaster occured, however, taking away one third of Mizuho.
Lloyd and everybody else in the group went through the temple to find Volt and make a new pact with him. They find Volt, but nobody except Raine have a clue what he is saying. Here they fight Volt, the summon spirit of Lightning, and as they defeat him, they made a new pact and was able to use Volt's power to power-up the rheairds.
This is later the place where you travel to find Tonitrus' core in the sequel.
