After completing the game, these items are obtainable through the Grade Shop. They cost 500 points if you haven't obtained them during your last playthrough.

According to recent information released about Tales of Hearts, it is possible to call characters from other games (not necessarily games from previous Tales franchises) to take part in battle for a single attack. The mechanics of this system is not fully known.
