Over the course of Tales of Phantasia, the Heroes of Eternity travel through time and encounter three generations of the Morrison family.

The Morrison of the past was a travelling researcher who devoted his life to the study of time travel. He helped the Heroes of Eternity on their quest several times before eventually meeting his demise at the hands of the Demon King Dhaos' minion Justona.

[edit] Trinicus D. Morrison

The Morrison of the present was one of the four original Heroes of Eternity who sealed Dhaos away twelve years prior to the start of the game. Like his ancestor, Edward, Trinicus also studied the science of time travel. His progress has made it possible for him to send other people through time, but not himself.

The Morrison of the future. Like his ancestors, he also studied the science of time travel. However, he was the first in his family to finally perfect it. When met in his home, he is too cowardly to help the Heroes.
