Weather Vane (五月晴 Satsukibare / "Fainuezaa"?, "Fine Weather") is a Void-elemental martial arte exclusive to Edna in Tales of Zestiria.
Arte Description and History
Edna leaps into the air, pointing her umbrella downward and opening it. She then performs several counterclockwise spins with her umbrella, conjuring a red whirlwind upon it and damaging nearby opponents in a chain of hits. This arte has a 10% chance to drain the target's HP and is effective against amorphous foes.
